​Hey, hi, hello, My name is Riley.

I am a Registered Acupuncturist & Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner through Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC, and hold certifications in the practice of Usui Reiki, Massage, as well have additional study in Herbal Medicine and Craniosacral therapy; and tend to intertwine each modality together in each of our sessions.

I deeply believe in the innate wisdom of the body and its natural capacity for self-healing, especially when looked at from a larger perspective of a human and its systems as an interconnected whole rather than compartmentalizing it, to best understand how the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual realms all hold such great influence on each other.

My goal is to inspire and support you evolving into your purest expression of health using a blend of ancient wisdoms, modern knowledge, natural methods, mindful observation, and education.

Healing takes place not only by the work we do together in the physical meeting, but by integrating lifestyle changes such as diet therapy, gratitude practices, meditation, movement, and herbal supports.

My areas of interest lay in - but are not limited to - the psycho-emotional realms, acute & chronic pain management, nervous system regulation, addiction & detox support, women's health, and sleep disorders.
